Key Responsibilities

  • •Create analyses, presentations, and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and optionally Power BI.
  • •Support HR operations with administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR processes and help with process optimization.
  • •Coordinate and evaluate the annual employee survey.
  • •Participate in global projects within the Allianz Group.
  • •Assist with People & Culture communications, recruiting support (job postings and candidate screening), and IT projects related to automation and AI.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled student (m/w/d) in business administration, psychology, economics education, or a comparable program, ideally with HR focus and AI emphasis.
  • •Availability of 15–20 hours per week, flexible to the study schedule.
  • •Start immediately, ideally for at least 12 months (with option to extend).
  • •Proficient MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Strong interest in data-driven HR work and analytics; reporting experience with Power BI is desirable, plus interest in automation and AI.
