Job Summary

Provide development engineering support for LyondellBasell’s APS businesses by building and improving scalable data science solutions and analytics capabilities. Work with internal applications such as Microsoft Power Platforms and Snowflake to create a unified “One UI” for capturing and sending data, streamline business processes, lead UAT and enhancements, and document work to grow reusable knowledge centers. Collaborate with business SMEs and help drive digital transformation 2.0 and speed to market.

•Provide development engineering support for APS businesses using internal applications including Microsoft Power Platforms and Snowflake.
•Improve data and information management processes by creating and maintaining a unified “One UI” to capture and route data to relevant systems.
•Lead UAT and enhancements of One UI to streamline business processes and increase speed to market.
•Deliver scalable analytics and data science solutions, leveraging advanced technologies and development standards.
•Document work using governance practices and build accurate, scalable knowledge centers; share best practices beyond APS.

•BS degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Computational Mathematics, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
•2+ years of hands-on technical experience developing and implementing data science solutions.
•Strong SQL coding skills and knowledge of database structure.
•High-level development knowledge across Microsoft Power Platform, including proficiency with cloud computing (Azure preferably).
•Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, including mathematical and statistical knowledge.
