Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide in-person client service as a primary troubleshooter for complex client servicing issues.
  • •Coach other tellers to ensure efficient, effective, and accurate teller functions and operational standards.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including teller scheduling and resolving staffing issues.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, including balancing the cash drawer within guidelines.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities, educate clients on products and access channels, and transition clients to a banker as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •3+ years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
  • •3+ years of experience handling cash.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks organizationally.
