•Handle customer feedback and complaints to maintain service quality and satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance Engineering or a related field from an accredited university.
•Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or quality control.
•Strong knowledge of quality standards, health and safety compliance, and continuous improvement practices.
•Must communicate fluently in English (written and spoken) and be able to prepare reports.
•Valid driving license required.
