Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, facilitating courteous conversation, and completing complex and standardized transactions with accurate records.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process by participating in outbound client outreach, checking for client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring or fulfilling needs as appropriate.
  • •Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for client needs.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
