Job Summary

Join the CRM team as a Software Tester in SEB’s Customer Overview and Digital Enablers Tribe. Work with IT and business professionals across the Baltics to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of CRM processes and customer relationship services. Contribute to requirements and effort estimation, perform manual and automated testing, create and maintain test plans/cases/scripts, support integrations and deployments, and troubleshoot defects with developers and product owners in an agile Scrum environment.
