Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead integrations end to end by running discovery, identifying trigger points, mapping data requirements, defining output return, and taking implementations to production.
  • •Build and maintain connections across CRMs, EHRs, healthcare platforms, and internal tools using API documentation, webhooks, syncing patient/lead data, and handling custom fields and files.
  • •Write Solum’s initial integration playbook including discovery questions, implementation patterns, reliability checks, monitoring requirements, and documentation.
  • •Reduce what the client has to do by anticipating edge cases and designing workflows that match how they already operate.
  • •Harden integrations by improving logging, monitoring, error handling, retries, alerting, and internal visibility into integration health.

Salary: USD 4,000 - 15,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Own end-to-end integration engineering across multiple systems, including APIs, webhooks, authentication, data mapping, and error handling with retries and logging.
  • •Experience integrating with CRMs, EHRs, or operational systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, ClickUp, or healthcare EHRs).
  • •Strong written and spoken English for working directly with clients, asking questions, and explaining tradeoffs.
  • •Product and systems thinking to map workflows, identify trigger points, and design how Solum receives and returns work.
  • •Ability to turn ambiguous, half-documented client workflows into clean, maintainable integration processes.
