Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and direct sanitation team members across shifts, including machine cleaners, building cleaners, helpers, and temporary/part-time employees.
  • •Coordinate daily sanitation to meet production schedules, preventive maintenance needs, and emergency cleaning requirements.
  • •Train, coach, and develop employees, supporting performance management activities including evaluations and disciplinary documentation.
  • •Develop, update, and maintain SSOPs; coordinate the Master Sanitation Schedule and maintain accurate sanitation records.
  • •Conduct sanitation audits/inspections, investigate deficiencies, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with SSOPs and food safety prerequisite programs.
