Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of program controls frameworks, methodologies, policies, and governance processes across multiple projects and programs.
  • •Provide strategic oversight of project budgets, forecasts, schedules, cash flow, earned value performance, and key project performance indicators.
  • •Direct portfolio-wide cost and schedule forecasting activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, transparency, and timely reporting to senior leadership.
  • •Establish, approve, and maintain program and project baselines, ensuring effective measurement of scope, schedule, cost, progress, and performance.
  • •Lead monthly business reviews and executive reporting, including variance analysis, trend assessment, scenario evaluation, and actionable recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •At least 10 years of progressive experience in project controls, program controls, cost management, planning, scheduling, project management, or PMO leadership.
  • •Advanced expertise in cost management, forecasting and budgeting, schedule management, Earned Value Management, risk management, performance measurement, portfolio reporting, and change control.
  • •Extensive working knowledge of Primavera P6, SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and enterprise project controls systems.
  • •Proven experience leading project controls teams and developing project controls capability and talent in complex matrix organizations.
