Key Responsibilities

  • •Negotiate security terms and schedules with regulated enterprise customers, partnering with Legal to develop positions when new deal terms are needed.
  • •Take on complex customer questionnaires, RFPs, and security assessments beyond the standard answer bank and drive them to completion.
  • •Run onsite and remote security audits: scope agendas, walk customers through controls, resolve disputed findings, and drive documented closure.
  • •Answer detailed customer briefing questions about security posture, including architecture, data handling, retention, tenancy, and model training.
  • •Build and maintain reusable trust artifacts (positions, playbooks, audit runbooks) and contribute to Claude-powered automation for questionnaires, evidence gathering, and response verification.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid security expertise in at least one domain (engineering, governance, risk, or compliance) with working fluency across the others.
  • •Hands-on experience with customer-facing security work, including audits, security questionnaires, contract security terms, or executive briefings with regulated enterprises.
  • •Ability to hold a security position under pressure—balancing business needs against security requirements and knowing when to escalate or move.
  • •Comfortable speaking with customer CISOs and verifying claims internally with infrastructure engineering; share only what you can verify.
  • •Experience writing positions, playbooks, or standard answers teammates actually use, with clear written communication.
