•Support and advise customers on the sales floor across Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance, sharing beauty trends and news.
•Sell products using in-depth product knowledge and build customer relationships.
•Deliver services such as beauty classes and provide continuous sharing of expertise with the team, including responsibility for the Beauty Hub.
•Maintain operational standards: visual merchandising, assortment and merchandise upkeep, stocking and preparing products for sale, and cleaning sales floor items.
•Perform daily operational tasks including warehousing/stocking, merchandising updates support, inventories, and operating the cash register.
