Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to private clients by building and managing end-to-end client relationships through a plan-based approach to financial wellness. Assess client needs, gather and document information, and deliver tailored recommendations across investment and insurance solutions (up to $2M in investable assets). Grow a referral pipeline through prospecting and centers of influence, collaborate with branch teams, and ensure compliance while supporting branch operations, including teller assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver customized financial wellness recommendations and refer appropriate investment and insurance solutions based on client conversations.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by identifying/developing centers of influence and documenting prospecting and calling efforts.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to support meaningful financial planning conversations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts and assist with client transactions, including teller-line support as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures by documenting client interactions and following KeyBank policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience).
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
