Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the quality and throughput of vehicle inspections to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.
  • •Manage the WIP (work-in-progress) pipeline so vehicles move efficiently through the inspection and arbitration process.
  • •Resolve differences between buyers and sellers from auction block representations, including mechanical, cosmetic, and disclosure issues.
  • •Conduct hands-on vehicle inspections when needed to verify condition and maintain quality standards.
  • •Coordinate third-party inspections as required, maintain accurate record-keeping, and provide status updates on arbitration outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Previous automotive auction, inspection, or mechanical experience required.
