Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end delivery of GAIA program outcomes, from experimentation through production readiness and adoption.
  • •Deliver business outcomes by partnering with engineering and leadership across product integration, platform adoption, and operational scalability.
  • •Build and maintain integrated delivery plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and risk management across research and engineering teams.
  • •Provide delivery forecasting, execution tracking, and transparent reporting across program lifecycles, including risks, tradeoffs, and mitigations.
  • •Orchestrate delivery across research, engineering, security, legal, product, and platform teams, proactively resolving dependencies and impediments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •5+ years delivering complex, cross-team initiatives in fast-paced technical environments.
  • •3+ years in a TPM, Product Manager, Software Architect, or similar role.
  • •Strong understanding of cloud platforms and distributed systems, including APIs and services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • •Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and the software development lifecycle, including how AI-assisted tools are used in delivery.
