•Define and lead business plans for key expansion areas and partners, improving product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
•Serve as a lead advisor to strategic partners, using Fever’s proprietary data and technology to help partners succeed and grow.
•Translate complex data into actionable business cases and take accountability for CAC, LTV, and ROI outcomes.
•Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to keep operations lean and efficient during rapid scaling.
•Collaborate with regional stakeholders (e.g., Country and Regional General Managers) to build local marketing and technology business cases within Fever’s capabilities.

Key Requirements

•At least 4-5 years of experience in an analytical business role, with exposure to strategy consulting, fast-growing startups, or investment banking, plus a track record delivering measurable growth.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
•Ability to leverage data to make strategic business decisions and craft compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
•Excellent interpersonal skills to manage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders across cultures and disciplines.
•Fluency in English and Portuguese (Portuguese is a must).
