Job Summary

Lead and manage complex infrastructure projects and programmes across public and private sectors, using NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts. Based in London, you’ll work with teams and client stakeholders across the South-East, set strategy, and deliver outcomes across sectors such as aviation, highways, rail, environment, and utilities. You’ll also coach and mentor future Project Managers while driving leadership, safety, and inclusive collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage complex infrastructure projects/programmes across sectors and delivery life cycles.
•Administer and administer NEC3/NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts, setting strategy and challenging approaches as needed.
•Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing accountability within your sphere of responsibility, applying CDM appropriately across teams.
•Anticipate client challenges and determine applicable solutions through deep understanding of stakeholder needs.
•Coach and mentor others while fostering inclusive collaboration and building long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients.

Key Requirements

•NEC3 and NEC4 accredited Project Manager experience, including administering NEC3/NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts in a named role or within the last 12 months.
•Significant experience managing multiple disciplines/teams/advisors/clients on infrastructure projects and programmes across the lifecycle, ideally across sectors and clients.
•Strong leadership with the ability to set high standards, manage performance, and succeed in ambiguous and challenging environments.
•Practical understanding of CDM and ability to lead on health, safety, and wellbeing within your sphere of responsibility.
•Beneficial credentials such as professional affiliation (APM, ICE or equivalent) and project management certification (e.g., APM / PRINCE2 / MSP / ChPP).
