Job Summary

Build and design large-scale machine learning algorithms for creator interest modeling and e-commerce recommendations. Optimize commodity relationship mining, ranking, and recall to improve conversions and overall platform GMV, using massive realtime and unstructured data. Develop scalable AI/ML models and translate data science approaches into deployed solutions that support merchants and creators at global scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and design large-scale machine learning algorithms to model real-time creator interests and improve conversion efficiency.
•Optimize massive commodity relationship mining plus ranking and recall for creator product recommendations to improve platform GMV.
•Analyze behavior of creators and merchants at scale and develop targeted algorithm strategies to improve monetization and drive upgrades.
•Develop scalable, optimized AI/ML models to support rapid growth of the e-commerce business.
•Build ML pipelines that extract, transform, and load large volumes of realtime, unstructured data for deployed AI/ML solutions.

Key Requirements

•Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
•Strong theoretical understanding of machine learning, including algorithms like collaborative filtering and matrix factorization.
•Experience training and deploying models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or MXNet.
•Strong learning ability, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
•Publications and/or practical experience from internships, research, or projects in e-commerce, recommendations, or search engines (preferred).
