Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and champion the organizational Data & Analytics strategy aligned to the IT and digitalization roadmap, and lead product-oriented analytics outputs.
  • •Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and BI Developers to foster data literacy and technical excellence.
  • •Oversee modern cloud data platform architecture (data warehouse and data lake) and continuously optimize scalability, performance, and cost.
  • •Direct development and maintenance of robust data ingestion and transformation pipelines integrating source systems such as ERP, CRM, and operational databases.
  • •Own the corporate BI platform (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), drive self-service BI adoption, and oversee analytical consulting and advanced analytics/ML projects with clear stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • •7+ years progressive experience in Data & Analytics, including at least 3 years managing technical teams and data platforms.
  • •Expertise with a major Cloud Data Warehouse platform such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or AWS Redshift.
  • •Strong background in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT tools such as Fivetran, dbt, or Informatica.
  • •Proven BI tool experience with Power BI and Tableau, plus strong stakeholder communication and the ability to move prototypes to production.
