Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify coil part numbers and quantities from the run sheet, retrieve small parts, and input part numbers into the coil winding machine.
  • •Interpret winding specifications, set up the machine (mandrel/duct/insulation/paper/wire sizes), and install/adjust devices and materials.
  • •Wind coils at specified rates and follow run screen instructions, then label coils with required identifiers.
  • •Perform measurements and adjustments to verify alignment, and rework damaged or defective coils to meet quality standards.
  • •Follow LOTO and safety protocols, perform routine winding machine upkeep, support 5S housekeeping, and operate overhead cranes/hoisting equipment as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •No relocation benefit offered; candidates must be within a 50-mile radius of the Nacogdoches, TX facility (Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt).

  • •Ability to interpret coil specifications and work from computerized winding sheets/prints.
