Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the implementation of HCT’s system-wide strategy and assist with system-wide and faculty/division policy development.
  • •Teach courses aligned with course syllabi and program goals, and apply strategies for effective student learning in a second-language environment.
  • •Assess and evaluate students, provide continuous feedback, monitor progress, update grades, and contribute to question banks and coursework assessments.
  • •Advise and support students, including office hours, at-risk action recommendations, and mentoring students during internships and work placements.
  • •Conduct applied research, participate in conferences, serve on committees, and support curriculum revision and continuous improvement for teaching, learning, and quality assurance.

Key Requirements

  • •Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is required where applicable.
  • •Or a Master’s degree plus a professional certification relevant to the discipline with 5 years of teaching and industry experience.
  • •A minimum of 3 years teaching experience in the relevant discipline.
  • •Experience developing course curriculum in line with accreditation and international standards.
  • •Experience incorporating educational technology into curriculum and instructional strategies.
