•Provide the strategic vision, planning expertise, operational leadership required to achieve Corporate business objectives and goals.
•Lead, build, and develop the team with passion and empathy to achieve sales targets, deliver growth and maintain exceptional corporate relationships and overall customer experience.
•Define and execute the Corporate business plan and strategic initiatives, implementing KPIs across departments: Business Development, Account Management, Logistics, and Customer Support.
•Create, implement, and iterate scalable processes, prioritize initiatives, to drive continued growth and efficiency, including sourcing, prioritizing, and evaluating new opportunity areas, partnerships, initiatives, revenue channels.
•Communicate effectively with stakeholders to push forward initiatives across multiple departments.
