Key Responsibilities

  • •Support on-location well testing activities including mobilization, job site preparation, rig-up, pressure testing support, flow operations support, sampling assistance, flowback/clean-up, rig-down, and demobilization.
  • •Prepare, inspect, connect, operate under supervision, clean, and secure well testing equipment according to procedures and supervisor instructions.
  • •Assist with handling and operational support for well testing equipment such as test separators, choke manifolds, flowlines, burners, tanks, hoses, valves, fittings, pressure control equipment, sand management equipment, emergency shutdown systems, and data acquisition support equipment.
  • •Follow daily instructions from Field Specialists, supervisors, and engineers to ensure safe execution, effective teamwork, proper equipment positioning, and timely completion.
  • •Support HSE and service quality requirements, participate in toolbox talks and permit-to-work compliance, apply manual handling and pressure control practices, and assist with field documentation and job close-out activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, technical diploma, or equivalent technical qualification with practical experience in oil and gas field operations or wellsite service activities.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in oil and gas well testing, surface testing, production testing, flowback, clean-up, pressure pumping, or related wellsite service operations.
  • •Basic knowledge of wellsite operations and equipment handling, including rig-up/rig-down and pressure testing support.
  • •Ability to follow supervisor instructions, job procedures, safety requirements, and customer site rules in demanding field environments.
  • •Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, teamwork, discipline, willingness to learn, and commitment to safe, reliable equipment readiness.
