Senior Loan Operations Administrator

Manage end-to-end processing, documentation, closing, and funding for SBA 7(a), 504, and Express loans, ensuring compliance with SBA SOP, regulatory requirements, and internal credit policy. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (CDCs, title/escrow, legal counsel) to protect the SBA guaranty and maintain collateral integrity. Handle loan boarding, disbursements, fees reconciliation, and post-closing requirements, while mentoring junior staff and improving loan operations processes.
