  • •Plan and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to maximize production and control costs.
  • •Develop crew matrices, equipment plans, and production schedules; reconcile actuals against work plans and budgets.
  • •Partner with robotics and field application teams to deploy automated installation equipment and provide construction feasibility feedback.
  • •Enforce safety and quality by driving OSHA/EPC requirements, managing high-risk training, and ensuring activities conform to the project Quality Plan.

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Track record leading mechanical construction on utility-scale solar EPC projects (pile, racking/tracker, and module installation).
  • •Ability to supervise large, multi-crew field operations and manage craft workers and subcontractors.
  • •Strong working knowledge of tools and heavy equipment and their safe application on solar construction sites.
  • •Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • •Knowledge of job costing principles to track and report cost performance.
