Estimator - Construction Management

Develop and maintain construction cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design, updating them at key design milestones. Support client land acquisitions and review design changes or new technologies to produce accurate estimates. Contribute commercial input to design optioneering and value engineering, deliver life cycle costing models, and prepare cash commitment forecasts across the construction life cycle. Partner with stakeholders on estimates and provide client monthly presentations, including data benchmarking and potential SOX control adherence.
