Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and understand technical data required to support the MESM courseware and media development programme.
  • •Work with the Requirements, Courseware, and Media teams to identify technical data requirements for DSAT courseware and media.
  • •Collaborate with courseware and media content developers to contextualise training and language and ensure correct conditions and standards are applied to the training solution.
  • •Work as part of the wider team responsible for the analysis, design, maintenance, review, and production of DSAT documentation and processes for customer training sites and organisations.
  • •Identify opportunities to exploit existing customer training methods and media, and maintain upkeep, update, and revalidation of course technical data.

  • •Proven at sea experience as a Cat A Nuclear watchkeeper.
  • •Ability to interview subject matter experts to collate required technical data and align on findings through internal workshops.

  • •Competence in maintaining, updating, and revalidating course technical data.
