Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop mechanical building services solutions, including ACMV, fire protection and detection, plumbing, water supply, and drainage systems
  • •Conduct comprehensive technical analyses and detailed calculations to support project requirements
  • •Prepare, review, and coordinate mechanical design drawings while ensuring compliance with current building services legislation and engineering standards
  • •Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining focus on quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines
  • •Collaborate with BIM coordinators to ensure design packages are produced to required specifications and quality standards

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
  • •Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a design consultancy firm or mechanical engineering environment
  • •Proven track record working on infrastructure projects such as Metro/LRT/MRT systems, rail or road tunnels, data centers, hospitals, healthcare facilities, or residential/commercial buildings
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • •Open to work on a 24 months' contract
