Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce detailed highway and drainage engineering designs and construction drawings in the GCC Development team across Noida/Bengaluru/Mumbai.
  • •Ensure technical delivery of highway projects to budget, quality, and programme constraints for US and/or international markets.
  • •Plan and design deliverables per US Engineering standards for each stage of a project.
  • •Liaise with WSP US-based lead design teams to align delivery schedule, quality, and budget constraints.
  • •Coordinate with locally based team leaders to ensure resources are fully utilized and that any surplus/shortfall in staff/workload is identified timely.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years’ post-graduate similar work experience in core highway design, or a near-professional engineering level with comparable experience.
  • •Experience producing detailed highway infrastructure projects and detail design of highways, including drainage engineering and construction drawings.
  • •Proficiency with highway design software such as Open Roads, Inroads/In Roads, and/or Geopak; Civil 3D or similar software is required/preferred.
  • •Applied knowledge of AASHTO, DMRB, MUTCD, and FHWA standards/specifications/guidelines.
  • •Familiarity with US and/or UK highway standards is desirable; must have excellent English communication and cultural awareness.
