Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve escalated incidents and requests independently within SLA, working with general direction from stakeholders or senior leaders.
  • •Proactively identify, investigate, analyze, and log issues; capture required information for immediate resolution.
  • •Provide fourth-line support by determining root cause when lower-level teams cannot resolve, and document solutions to push knowledge down.
  • •Communicate with internal teams and clients; serve as an emergency support contact for critical, business-impacting issues.
  • •Support change implementation tracking and automation efforts, and contribute to disaster recovery and related project work as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced Managed Services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
  • •Advanced knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
  • •Worked across multiple large Global Enterprise client outsourcing projects.
  • •Extensive vendor management experience and strong understanding of IT service management standards.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience, plus relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE).
