Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end testing of FortiAIGate across SaaS and on-prem deployments, covering functionality, integration, performance, and reliability.
  • •Design and implement SaaS test capabilities for multi-tenant isolation, tenant onboarding/provisioning, metering/billing reconciliation, and license/entitlement validation.
  • •Validate cloud-native capabilities including elastic scaling, zero-downtime upgrades, and failover under Kubernetes deployments (single-cluster and multi-data-center).
  • •Test AI security effectiveness of the LLM Gateway and AI Guardrails, validating detection accuracy and false-positive/false-negative regression.
  • •Build and maintain automated test frameworks and regression suites, drive shift-left testing, and collaborate with engineering and PM on test planning and release gating.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong cloud/SaaS testing background with meaningful time testing SaaS or cloud-native products.
  • •Hands-on multi-tenant SaaS testing experience including tenant isolation, provisioning, metering/billing, and license/control-plane validation.
  • •Familiarity with Kubernetes and ability to troubleshoot independently with kubectl (pods, services, scaling, rolling upgrades).
