Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop short- and long-term GTM strategies by identifying growth opportunities, setting business priorities, and aligning sales and growth targets.
  • •Own global Sales quota planning by building and maintaining quota models and adjusting them throughout the year based on org changes.
  • •Analyze sales and GTM data to identify trends and efficiency by channel; build data models and KPI design/measurement to support planning.
  • •Support GTM and sales leaders by shaping future vision, prioritizing objectives, and executing on top initiatives.
  • •Create dashboards and lead operational initiatives and strategic projects that improve execution and support Datadog’s continued growth.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience in GTM/growth/revenue strategy, management consulting, investment banking/equity research, or a similar business analyst role.
  • •Strong quantitative modeling skills and the ability to explain key insights to senior business stakeholders.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including synthesizing complex concepts and providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and take ownership of outcomes with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Product teams.
  • •Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc.) and/or SQL; willingness to learn on the job.
