Key Responsibilities

  • •Efficiently and accurately perform Teller functions including deposits, withdrawals, posting, cashing negotiable items, and processing loan payments.
  • •Receive and process loan payments, cash checks and negotiable instruments, examine documents for endorsements and negotiability, and process account transfers.
  • •Verify and balance cash daily, detect and resolve discrepancies promptly, and follow teller procedures and compliance requirements.
  • •Operate online teller terminal, maintain privacy of customer information, and complete required reports and records accurately and promptly.
  • •Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, offer other bank products to meet customer needs, and sell traveler's checks, official checks, and money orders.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •At least one year of related experience/cash handling required.
  • •Previous Teller experience preferred.
  • •Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment (e.g., adding machine, typewriter, copy machine, coin and money counting machines, telephone).
  • •Good math, typing, and communication skills, with a professional appearance and attitude.
