Key Responsibilities

•Administer virtualized and physical server infrastructure, including Windows Server 2016+ and platform management using Simplivity and Hyper-V.
•Manage Active Directory access policies and perform software deployments and updates using SCCM.
•Run and validate corporate backup and recovery routines using VEEAM and Symantec Backup Exec.
•Handle complex tickets and escalations via Service Desk Plus and ServiceNow while monitoring environment availability and File Server capacity.
•Lead endpoint and network security (SEP), manage internet access controls, directory mapping, logon scripts, IP addressing, and keep CMDB updated through change management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
•Solid experience in server administration and corporate infrastructure management.
•Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, VMware, VEEAM, ITIL) with practical knowledge of events, incidents, problems, changes, releases, and ITSM ticketing tools.
•Experience with patch management, preventive update routines, and mitigation of information security vulnerabilities.
•Expertise in corporate system architecture and access/user management, including Active Directory and related integrations (e.g., HR and payroll systems).
