Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure all sanitation, equipment, and production cleaning programs and documentation meet Tyson guidelines.
  • •Check line brander stock and supply as needed and clean dirty branders using a brander cleaning machine.
  • •Weigh and document disposition of all inedible generated in the plant.
  • •Maintain general plant housekeeping (e.g., squeegeeing floors, wiping condensation, taking out trash).
  • •Stock and refill paper towel and soap dispensers, oil and sanitizer bottles, and foot foam stations; report possible food-safety deficiencies and complete required annual GMP and HACCP training.
