Key Responsibilities

  • •Support originating and executing project finance transactions within the project finance and infrastructure segment.
  • •Lead execution across the capital stack, including construction financing and back-leverage term financing.
  • •Oversee analytical financial structuring and development of detailed financial models.
  • •Assist with technical and legal/structuring due diligence and present proposed transactions to management and credit groups.
  • •Assist with on-going management of booked assets and prospecting new clients, including preparing marketing materials and interfacing with internal product groups.
