Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage projects across engineering design, installation, maintenance, operations, and construction management.
  • •Develop project scope of work, budget, and timeline; ensure teams meet objectives related to budget, scope, and timeline.
  • •Ensure design and construction compliance; obtain required code compliance and support documentation reviews.
  • •Oversee contractors/consultants, review specifications, calculations, submittals, RFIs, and change orders for projects and renovations.
  • •Mentor and train subordinate Project Coordinators, conduct performance appraisals, and coordinate administrative affairs for team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration related field.
  • •7+ years of experience (Expats).
  • •4+ years of experience (UAE Nationals).
  • •Ability to manage engineering design, installation, maintenance, operations, and construction project coordination.
  • •Experience supporting facility management and infrastructure planning, including project design reviews and construction standard development.
