Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with guests in a natural, friendly manner and cultivate regular guests
  • •Use a jigger to maintain consistent pour sizes across drink types
  • •Sell beverages and menu items; deliver orders promptly and prioritize/organize drink orders
  • •Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications while abiding by control systems
  • •Follow opening/running/closing procedures, maintain safety/sanitation standards, and record equipment failures or safety hazards

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Complete state or county licensee/certification requirement, including Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
  • •Cash handling experience and ability to process payments and guest checks using the point of sales terminal
  • •Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
  • •Maintain responsible alcohol service by checking IDs for guests appearing under 30 and handling intoxicated guests appropriately
  • •Demonstrate interpersonal communication and teamwork, and maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards
