Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy and prioritized roadmap delivering measurable business value.
  • •Lead organization-wide AI adoption, literacy, change management, and capability building to embed AI into daily operations.
  • •Own the full lifecycle of AI products, from use case discovery and business case development through industrialization, scaling, and value realization.
  • •Ensure AI initiatives comply with EU AI Act, data privacy requirements, and internal governance frameworks.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Business, IT, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to scale AI solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience defining and executing enterprise AI strategies and leading large-scale transformation programs.
  • •Experience driving AI adoption across multiple business functions and delivering AI products that created measurable value.
  • •Strong cross-functional leadership aligning Business, IT, Data, and Risk stakeholders, including engaging executive committees.
  • •Knowledge of responsible AI, AI governance, and regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act.
  • •Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields; English fluency; Dutch and/or French are a strong asset.
