Job Summary

Perform intermediate-level engineering work supporting the operation and maintenance of DTE gas distribution assets. Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering methods to solve engineering problems, propose and implement timely solutions, and collaborate with experienced engineers and field teams. Build models, analyze data, and present recommendations to management and external parties while staying current on technology and market trends. Provide field engineering assistance or technical support as needed.

•Develop models and analyze data to recommend process and program improvements; develop and present presentations to management and/or external parties.
•Provide follow-up engineering assistance and may provide field engineering assistance or technical support.

•Ability to be available for primary assignment support of emergency response to storms or other events impacting customer service.

•Strong time management, prioritization, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
