Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with WSP in India design teams to agree and confirm project briefs, deliverables, programme, resources, and fees.
  • •Ensure quality of detailed electrical design against WSP in India and Global Building Regulations standards, including technical reviews, sign off, complex calculations, and coordination issues.
  • •Coordinate designs with due consideration of Health & Safety, Construction Design Management, and Quality Assurance standards.
  • •Review CAD analysis outputs and determine additional checking levels; contribute to energy strategies using renewable technologies and low energy designs to meet compliance requirements.
  • •Manage multiple projects, lead early-stage design involvement, and provide leadership, technical training, mentoring, and recruitment/growth of the Noida-based team while driving KPI delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in the design of Building Services with significant experience in a similar role.
  • •Proven experience in the design of Engineering Building Services.
  • •Be conversant with electrical/mechanical technical software such as IES, Amtech, Hevacomp, Relux, and Dialux.
  • •A sound understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project is essential.
  • •Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and membership to an accredited engineering body (ideally British Chartered Engineer status or equivalent).
