Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and maintain IBM z/OS and supporting software across development, test, disaster recovery, and production environments.
  • •Plan, install, configure, and support z/OS upgrades, RSU maintenance, SMP/E maintenance, and product deployments.
  • •Ensure mainframe availability, resilience, performance, and capacity management, including operational monitoring and scheduling tooling.
  • •Implement security controls, vulnerability remediation, audit findings, and compliance requirements; perform incident troubleshooting and problem management.
  • •Maintain disaster recovery readiness and support recovery testing and business continuity initiatives, including automation using Assembler, REXX, Python, JCL, and Ansible.
