Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize unit wet processes to meet yield and quality requirements for advanced NAND part types.
  • •Quantify benefits of innovative process/equipment solutions and prioritize key TD breakthroughs within the Singapore Wet Etch team.
  • •Diagnose and resolve assembly process problems using failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, and SPC/FDC methodology.
  • •Lead experiments, manage pilot-to-manufacturing process baseline qualifications, and design advanced process monitoring and control methodologies.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally and with suppliers to evaluate/optimize process, equipment, and materials, and to deliver quality, cost, and risk management objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Material Science with 3–5 years of relevant industry experience OR PhD in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Material Science (or related field).
  • •Prior wet processing and/or chemistry experience in academia or within the semiconductor industry.
  • •Experience generating presentations and reports.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Background in organic and inorganic chemistry, and knowledge of integrated circuit processing and semiconductor devices.
