Job Summary

Support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and program leads with monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting, and analysis. Own Budget Change Requests (BCRs), facilitate EAC and LRE inputs, and perform variance and forecast analysis for predictable cost and schedule outcomes. Partner with engineering and program leaders on EVMS process inputs and EAC/LRE development using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX tools, and communicate findings clearly.

Key Responsibilities

•Support monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting, and analysis, including Budget Change Requests (BCRs).
•Create quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs).
•Perform detailed earned value and financial analysis against the budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
•Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
•Partner with engineering and program leads for EVMS process inputs and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs to drive predictable results.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
•Experience using SAP, APEX, or a similar business system for financial/engineering reporting.
•MS Office experience with the ability to navigate and use Excel.
•Ability to be self-sufficient while working in a team environment supporting functional organizations and meeting program financial commitments.
•Flexibility in job abilities and strong communication skills.
