Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a consistent physical presence and compassionate care throughout assigned facilities while modeling safety protocols.
  • •Engage with Team Members across work areas and break locations for at least 40% of the workday.
  • •Provide spiritual and emotional guidance to Team Members and their immediate families while respecting diverse beliefs and values.
  • •Counsel distressed and bereaved individuals and respond to critical incidents involving traumatized Team Members or families.
  • •Collaborate with HR leadership and chaplain services, make hospital/home visits and support memorials, and maintain accurate records and required reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Complete four units of clinical pastoral education (or be willing to complete within two years).
  • •3+ years of chaplain experience in a culturally diverse, faith-inclusive context is preferred.
  • •Clergy endorsement; chaplain board certification preferred.
  • •Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing) and able to use basic computer and video conferencing skills (MS Office).
