Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain configuration management standards across applications, environments, release packages, and deployment artefacts.
  • •Plan, coordinate, schedule, and govern product releases, including release calendars, notes, scope, checklists, rollback plans, and sign-offs.
  • •Coordinate environment readiness across Dev, QA, UAT, staging, production, and support environments, ensuring consistency, access readiness, and sequencing.
  • •Track release risks, deployment issues, defects, rollback outcomes, and post-release validation status.
  • •Maintain release evidence and audit-ready documentation, and drive preventive improvements using release and configuration metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional experience in configuration management, release management, DevOps coordination, IT operations, or software delivery governance.
  • •Manage enterprise release cycles across multiple environments and product teams with strong governance and documentation.
  • •Maintain configuration baselines, release packages, deployment records, change controls, and audit-ready evidence.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps and Git, including branching strategies and build/release pipelines.
  • •Coordinate CAB approvals, release readiness reviews, rollback planning, deployment validation, and post-release verification.
