Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide work direction and lead day-to-day team operations by setting priorities, balancing workloads and resources, and delegating responsibilities.
  • •Monitor workflow throughout the day, adjust as necessary to meet deadlines, and help ensure service, production, and quality standards are achieved.
  • •Act as a technical resource for the team and internal partners by resolving escalated or complex issues and partnering with IT and other teams to implement effective solutions.
  • •Coach and mentor team members by providing performance feedback, partnering on development opportunities, and addressing performance concerns.
  • •Use reporting, quality reviews, performance trends, and technology (including AI-enabled tools where appropriate) to identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in a related field, including customer service, operations, financial services, or relevant experience.
  • •Experience with life insurance, annuities, and/or financial services products preferred.
  • •Strong critical-thinking, prioritization, and adaptability skills to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Effective verbal and written communication skills to translate complex concepts into clear, customer-friendly information.
  • •College degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
