Build and foster trusting relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging them in-person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer needs, gather and process account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to individual goals. Provide an optimal client experience through greeting and basic transactions, educate customers on emerging self-service digital tools, and collaborate with branch teams to open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
