Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive departmental processes using Eaton Business systems to support a zero-incident culture, maximize output, maintain machinery, and reduce costs.
  • •Monitor and improve systems to maximize quality and production, and maintain and improve department methods/processes.
  • •Schedule and commit workload to meet all customer needs effectively.
  • •Communicate with employees on policy, problem resolution, department objectives, and quality issues; create and maintain employee morale.
  • •Manage key administrative needs (overtime, tool and other budgets, payroll, attendance, performance reviews) and coordinate with other departments while supporting plant safety policies and zero-incident culture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • •Two (2)+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now and in the future
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt)
  • •A technical industrial or management background with working knowledge of products (LVA, MVC, MVD, Fabrications) is preferred
