Job Summary

Drive OnePay credit program growth across an assigned Walmart territory by partnering with market and store leaders to increase applications, new accounts, and credit sales. Own in-store execution of marketing and merchandising programs, lead store/market engagement, and train and coach teams through regular field presence. Monitor KPIs and competitive activity, translate performance reporting into action plans, ensure compliance, manage travel/field marketing budgets, and support store openings and special projects.

•Minimum 2 years developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management.
•Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; willing to travel up to 75% and must live in the territory.
