Job Summary

Support general production operations on rotating assignments across work areas, inspecting product for quality, packing and packaging finished goods, and maintaining a safe, clean facility in line with GMP and food safety practices. Review shift handoffs for safety and mechanical issues, assist key roles when needed, and clean equipment and remove trash. Work 8–12 hour shifts with overtime and weekend work as required.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect product continuously to ensure quality standards are met.
•Pack finished product into cases and follow specifications for packaging and documentation (e.g., lot codes).
•Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work area in accordance with GMP and GHP practices.
•Review shift-to-shift information with the previous/oncoming shifts (safety/food safety/mechanical issues).
•Clean equipment and remove trash as necessary; assist key positions when possible.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent).
•Ability to read, write, and understand English.
•Prior food-related experience is preferred.
•Ability to rotate through basic responsibilities across the assigned work area as needed.
•Follow JSA guidelines and adhere to plant policies/procedures, GMPs, and food safety practices.
